IT IS ADVISABLE TO READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY IN ORDER TO UNDERSTAND THE DATA TREATMENT MODEL

Under the data protection legislation in force, for the purposes of the various contractual relations within the scope of its expertise and valuation activities, we confirm that RESPC. Lda is the party responsible for the processing of personal data and, to this end, has drawn up the present privacy policy. RESPC, Lda is committed to protecting the privacy of the data subjects and the confidentiality of the personal data collected, and will therefore always take the necessary technical and organisational measures to comply with the Regulations, ensuring that the data processing is lawful, fair, transparent and limited to the legal purpose of the contract. RESPC Lda adopts the appropriate measures to ensure the Integrity and Up-to-Dateness of the data requested from all the intervening parties.

At any time, the data subject has the Right to request the controller to access his/her data, as well as the Right to rectify them if necessary. Right to Information on how the data is processed. Has the Right of Opposition and the Right to Limitation of Processing, the Right of Portability and the Right to Erasure. RESPC Lda does not perform profiling or marketing activities with the data of the data subjects and therefore no automated decisions take place here. The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without compromising the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent previously given, and also the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The data will be retained, in a semi-active form, for 5 years, starting from the date of termination of the contractual link, after this period they are of permanent conservation for necessity derived from existing litigation in claims processes. The invoicing data is retained for 10 years for legal compliance.

Given the complexity of the current computer systems and the location of the servers contracted by the insurers protocoled with RESPC, Lda, we admit that data transfer may occur to third countries not belonging to the European Union or the European Economic Area, so within the scope of the implementation of the RGPD, by default, RESPC, Lda regularly makes compliance requests to its subcontractors, conducts Data Protection Impact Assessments and has an updated Data Activity Register.

Internally, data subjects' details are processed by employees of the various departments assigned to certain processes in progress, derived from the activity of RESPC, Lda. RESPC, Lda employees are subject to codes of ethics and professional deontology and have a confidentiality agreement with their employer.

Externally, the subcontracted services, identified below, that may at some point have access to the data of the data subjects by virtue of the technical services contracted are:

  • accounting company;
  • management software maintenance company, owned by RESPC, Lda. which handles the given user name, using the SSL encryption protocol;
  • IT company responsible for IT maintenance and management, which includes the management of the company server;
  • The company "WeLoveBrands, Unipessoal lda." under the trade name "Amarca" is the subcontractor who develops RESPC's website. “Amarca" and its management bodies have, at no time, access to or storage of customers' personal data. The form on the site, once filled in, goes directly, and only, to RESPC's e-mail address: recrutamento@RESPC.pt. RESPC only uses a permanent cookie which records your language preference when viewing the site so that you are automatically presented with your language preference on future visits to the site. This information is not collected by RESPC and only helps us to optimize the content, navigation, layout and performance of the site so that we can provide a better service. Temporary cookies have no expiry date, remaining in the browser only until you leave the site, and are deleted when you close the browser. Permanent cookies are stored on the device until they are deleted or until their expiry date. Under no circumstances will we store information in the cookies that allows your personal identification. Similarly, we do not use cookies as a way to show you advertising. You can choose not to receive cookies, or to manage them, by accessing your browser settings, generally evident in the "Options", "Preferences", "Advanced" or "Help" tab, for example. However, this does not mean that you will lose site functionality. Blocking cookies will not prevent access to the website at any time.
